Completed Civil Eng. from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal in 1993 having specialization in “Low Cost Housing”.

He is a Member of FSAI, Life member of National Rifle Association of India (NRAI). Secretary of National Real Estate Development Council, UP (NAREDCO).

He has also done specialization in “Quality Systems” from Nigel Bauer, UK; apart from specialized in the field of “Environmental Engineering”.

He always advocated completion of Project in time, this he also quoted during his recent interview with ABP News. He strongly believes in timely delivery and always quotes “Whether company makes profit or loss timely delivery is his top most priority”; hence brought huge penalty clause of Rs. 15/- per Sq Ft in case of delay. We have been following RERA since inception.   About the Builder

VictoryOne Central & Amara is the dream comes true of its founder Mr. Sudhir Agrawal. Mr. Agrawal started his career in construction with outstanding contributions to projects such as LIC, Reliance Energy, NHPC, NPCIL, CCI, Mitsui, Nokia-Siemens, CGHS, Army Welfare Housing Organization and Gyan Shakti, to mention only a few. Encouraged by this he launched VictoryOne Group whose project the Victory Crossroads was well received. A qualified civil engineer, Mr. Agrawal is just as knowledgeable when it comes to real estate and construction as well as modern business practices. His day begins at 6 and ends late at night with hours spent in office, on site and in discussions with architects, engineers, supervisors and workforce. Mr. Agrawal is also a multi-faceted personality with interests in music and performing arts, social activities and actively contributing to the community’s growth. Hailing from a traditional North India family with deep rooted values, Mr. Agrawal believes in the age old values of trust, honesty in dealings, commitments and excellence in everything, values that are reflected in his business style and in his projects. He thinks of people working for him as part of a larger family and he thinks of the community as a platform responsible for his success. Innovation led him to carve out a path for himself rather than continue in employment and this shows in each of his projects
