Require Experience for: AGM – Sales 4+ years in real estate company
Interview Location: Sector 63, Noida
What you will do:-
- Assist in development of sales and pricing strategies of projects for creation of demand
- Develop channel partners for fulfilling demand and maximizing sales reach of the company
- Handle team of 6-8 including Senior Manager and Executives
- Assist DGM – Sales in periodic management reviews on sales performance on the
company - Keep a close eye on sales performance and ensuring achievement of sales targets
- Ensuring Daily Activity Report is being completed by sales team and analyzing the same
- Ensuring completion of Minutes of Meeting for sales meeting carried out by the sales team with clients and channel partners
- Anchor weekly meeting with the sales team and coordinate with lead providers
Who are we looking for:-
- A real estate sales veteran with an experience of 4 years or more
- Strong connect with broker network and can develop channel partners to maximize sales reach
- Good understanding of real estate market, especially in North India
- Proven experience of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with an attitude of persistence
- Qualification: MBA (Marketing)
